1. Custom Orders and Production

All songs created by Harmoniefy are personalized and made-to-order based on the information provided by the customer.

Our team of professional songwriters and producers carefully crafts each composition. While artificial intelligence tools may be used for vocals, all songwriting, arrangement, and production are performed by real artists to ensure a heartfelt, high-quality result.

2.Delivery

Songs are delivered digitally via the email address provided at the time of ordering.

Delivery timelines vary depending on the package selected.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is accurate. Harmoniefy is not liable for delays or missed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

If you do not receive your order, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting our support team

 

3.Revisions

One free revision is offered if the issue is due to Harmoniefy’s error (e.g., incorrect details or technical lapses).

Additional revisions or lyric changes requested by the client will incur an additional fee, as outlined in our pricing policy.

 

4. Refund Policy

As our songs are custom-made digital products, refunds are generally not available once final delivery has been made.

However, under our Satisfaction Guarantee, if you remain unsatisfied after your revision, you may be eligible for a refund upon review of your concern.

 

5. Usage Rights

Songs created by Harmoniefy are yours to cherish, share, and showcase. You may freely post them on social media, streaming platforms, or share them with loved ones.

Songs may not be resold or used for commercial profit without prior written permission from Harmoniefy. The composition and production remain part of Harmoniefy’s creative work.
